With the recent launch of Innovation Hub, more than 175 ideas have been submitted, attracting over 320 comments with engagement from over 420 people!

MARKED IMPROVEMENTS IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATINGS FROM APRIL 2022 TO NOW

In April 2022, the Business Excellence team introduced two metrics to measure customers’ perception of Nakheel – the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).

RESIDENTS OF GARDEN VIEW APARTMENTS COME OUT AND CELEBRATE AT FUNDAY EVENT

The newly refurbished gated residential community, Garden View Apartments, hosted its first community funday event with over 400 families and residents attending on Saturday 25 Feb.
